Scott Weissmann

1992 - 2017

Scott Aldrich Weissmann, 25, of Loveland, Colorado passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017 from complications of an asthma attack. He was born February 8, 1992 in Hatiesburg, Mississippi. Scott graduated from Loveland High School in 2011. He was quarterback of his high school football team and ran track. He then attended a year of prep school at Worchester Academy in Worchester, Massachusetts where he also played football. After prep school he went to Mesa Junior College and played quarterback and wide-receiver. Scott lived in California for the past four years and enjoyed the beach and surfing. He loved woodworking. He cared for people deeply, always made them laugh and was a loving, compassionate son and brother. We will always remember his smile and the way he made us all feel loved. We are so thankful that God gave him to us and he will be deeply missed. He is survived by his parents Jeffrey and Colleen Weissmann and his siblings, Ryan 26, Jennifer 23, Kimberly 21, Rebecca 21, Anna 18, and Samuel 16. He also leaves his grandfather Robert C. Weissmann of Fort Collins as well as 12 uncles and aunts and 23 cousins. A Celebration of Scott's Life will be Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 2:00pm at Foundations Church, 1380 Denver Ave, Loveland, CO 80537, with viewing 1 hour prior. Burial will be Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11:00am at Lakeside Cemetery (east side), 1702 Cleveland Ave, Loveland, CO 80538.
