'SASHA' TOLUBOFF, 78

ROCKFORD - Alexander "AL" "Sasha" Toluboff, 78, of Rockford died August 14, 2015, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born March 13, 1937, in Hollywood, CA to Alexander and Theodora Mac Manus Toluboff. Survivors include first cousins, Fran James Middleton of Loves Park, IL, Alice Joseph Walker of Punta Gorda, FL, Theodore Joyce Mac Manus and Margaret Rogers of Traverse City, MI, Michael Kathy MacManus of Birmingham, MI, John Patrick Candy MacManus of Miramar Beach, Florida, William Fox, Sheila McCarthy Edward ; cousin-in-law, Cay Fox of Indianapolis, IN.; his loving and caring Milestone family; and numerous second cousins. Special thank you to the friends and staff at Milestone for giving Al a new identity and an independent lifestyle. He became a new man and his own person when he moved to Milestone. Our sincere appreciation to Yvonne Alexander and Stephanie and Brian Ullrich for all your love and guidance and taking him into your homes. Also to Doug Meyers and John Linde who took a special interest in Al.

A celebration of Al's life will be held from 10 to 11 30 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2015, at St. Rita's Church, Wahl Hall. Bring your stories. Memorial Mass to be offered at St. Hugo Church, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in September Family requests that memorials be made to Milestone Inc, 4060 McFarland, Loves Park, IL 61111.
