Victor Lewis Massey

VICTOR LEWIS MASSEY, 76, died April 3, 2003, in Rancho Mirage, of cancer. He was born April 21, 1926, in Best, Texas. He previously lived in the Fontana area, but has resided in the Desert Hot Springs area for the past 20 years. He was a retired Master Carpenter. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Massey of Desert Hot Springs; two daughters, Kathryn Massey Evers of San Bernardino & Virginia M. Bell of Yucaipa; one son , David L. Massey of Burbank; four grandchildren, Jeff Evers, Chris Evers, Matthew Evers and David Bell; two brothers, James Massey of Yucaipa and George Massey of Livermore, California. His step-children, Alice, Brenda, Marilyn, Del Rey, Donald and Dalton; and 27 step-grandchildren and their children also survive him. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2003, at 1:15 p.m. at Riverside National Cemetery.
