Janice Daley Obituary
Enoree, SC - Janice DeYoung Daley, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021. Born on August 13, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Fred Lewis and Ruby Parris DeYoung and the wife of Timothy Charles Daley. She was a member of Enoree United Methodist Church and a former employee of Enoree Drug Company for many years.
Throughout her life, Janice was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a proud grandmother, a protective sister, and a caring daughter. She loved animals of all kinds, cared for many family pets, and enjoyed birdwatching through the front window of her Enoree home. Her favorite place was a white sandy beach in Florida where she would spend hours looking for seashells.
Survivors also include a son, Timothy F. Daley of Statesville, NC; a daughter, Melissa D. Husser of Rock Hill; two grandchildren, Nathaniel Husser and Isolde Husser; a brother, Lewis DeYoung; and a sister, Brenda (Gene) Rollins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Glenn Edward DeYoung and Darrell Wayne DeYoung.
Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday March 18, 2021 at the Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Manning Strickland officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM prior to the service. Internment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
