I knew Brink quite well. I had many dinners at his home just he and I. His children, Pam and Don were great people as well. Brink was a visionary next to none. He had so many idea's but only one of him. I am sincerely sorry for the loss as I did not know until recently. My condolences go out to Pam and Don and to his staff who did a fabulous job with his protecting his interest and caring for Brink. You never knew when you went to his office who you may see.

I met this man years ago back in 1977 in Kerrville Texas. He was a very nice and personable fellow.

I worked at LD BRINKMAN Co in the 80's and it was the best place to work and a lot of fun at the hoe down parties the company put on. Lisa Dutschke

Brink was ahead of his time. While I only audited his companies 35 years ago, to a 23 year young graduate from college, he was a larger than life. When I went to Kerrville to see the ranch and observe the sale the quarter horses (when he had them) I was in awe of his accomplishments. He took the time to talk to me about the company and his life up that point (1980). I am sorry for your loss. I am glad I had the opportunity to know him during my early business career.

I had the priviledge of working for "Brink" both at Giffen Industries and LDBrinkman in Florida, Georgia & Arizona. Brink was without question a man ahead of his time with great perception and the ability to see in advance of the issues/problems. He leaves the blue print for Distribution in our Industry which is being practiced today.
What a legacy he leaves. Rest in peace my friend.

My 1st memory of Lloyd is he taking Harvey and I for a ride in a golf cart to his dad's store. I also remember the excitement when he would come home from the service. The best year I had working was the year I spent in Kerrville working with Brink and Glenn. LOL RIP
