My prayers are with Jim's family at this indeed sad time. I had an unique opportunity to not only work with Jim at Delta Air Lines in the reservations center, but also his Dad at the Tampa airport. Just weeks into Jim's career at Delta, I attended his father's funeral along side of Jim. I am blessed to have known both.
