Dear Susan, Youve had such joy and grief these last few months. We were always so glad to see you coming in for meals. You really did an outstanding, loving job, caring for your dad. I know it was not easy, but we so admire you. We send many blessings... Sometime, when things settle down, Id like to catch up with you. Libbie from NM (Julias sister)

I remember the first time I met your Dad, Susan. It was at your home in Paramas, N.J., when I was visiting during a break from college - probably 1970 or so . He was swimming laps in your pool. Your dog, a little Terrier I believe (but could be wrong), was following him back and forth, back and forth, barking and biting at his hand every time he reached the end of the pool. I stood there in amazement (my family only had cats). Neither your dog nor your Dad, tired of the game. Eventually the raucous game did stop, and I met your Dad. He was full of life and welcomed me into your home. He was always very kind and gracious to me. Your Dad, along with your Mom, is remembered with great love and fondness. Sorry for your loss!

Susan, I am so sorry for your loss. I was glad to have known you and your dad for a few months at Brightview. Am thinking of you as you mourn.
