David E. Braley

January 25, 1924 - August 25, 2017

Red Bluff

David E. Braley, 93, of Red Bluff, passed away Friday, Aug. 25, 2017. He was a former resident of Salinas. He was born Jan. 25, 1924, in Tulsa, OK.

David was a life-time member of the Monterey County Sheriff's Posse.

He was a shop foreman with Kaiser Permanente. He also served in the U.S. Army WWII.

David was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Braley, and son, Gary Braley.

He is survived by his sons, Terry Braley of Red Bluff, David (Pat) Braley of Redding; sister, Mary Lock, and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, 2017, at Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis St., Salinas, CA 93901.

Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1, 2017, at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 850 Abbott St., Salinas, CA 93901.
