I remember Mary very well, she was a good friend to my Mom (Mary Parente) and they always shared many laughs together. Another long time Niantic face to be missed.

Paul and family my deepest sympathy on reading of Mrs. Kelbaugh passing. I have always stopped in Niantic whenever I was home from San Francisco. I have the fondest memories of my days of being Anitas friend and spending time at your family home. May she Rest In Peace.

Our sincere condolences to the family of Mary. She was a wonderful neighbor and good friend to our parents, Tom and Clara, and to all of our family. Her cakes and sweet treats, especially around the holidays were legendary in our family! She and Clara spent many happy hours at yard sales in the neighborhood looking for bargains. She was a generous lady who will be sadly missed. May she Rest In Peace. Tom and Kathy Levanti

My fondest memory of Mary will always be her vacuuming a cat on the stairway. Yup, had a cat named Boodle, and Mary was accosted by the cat whenever the vacuum was used upon the stairway in particular. With the great of patience for the moment, and gentle strokes, the cat would lie there and demand Mary continue. She would laugh and continue, until the cat wandered off. Her love of animals was incredible. Gentle, and kind, were her ways. I know she will be missed. Always willing to chat, and spend time with me.
