Floyd was my first principal at Park Elementary. His love of education and the children was contagious. I have fond memories of my family visiting your family at Tappan. Good times. Also remember the Dinner Club you were in with my parents, Harstines, and Williards. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Susan (Hoon) Haugh.

I enjoyed working with Floyd during my time at Claymont. He always placed the interest of his students and staff first. We will miss his great smile.

Dear Libby and family,
Floyd was my first principal as I began my teaching career at Northside so many years ago. I will always cherish those memories. He was so kind and caring.

Dear Libby and Family,
We were so sorry to hear of Floyd's passing. He was my Principal for the first several years that I taught at Park School. A kind and gracious man who cared very much for the children and staff in his charge.

My thoights are with the Stine Family during this time. I have wonderful memories of Mr. Stine at Christmas as we would gather around the Christmas tree at Northside singing as he so graciously played his violin. It seems like yesterday yet it was some 45 years ago that both he & Mrs. Stine (my 1st grade teacher) made such an impression on so many. May God continue to bless you all.
