Oiliva Ward LAWRENCEVILLE - Olivia Ward, 57, of Lawrenceville passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Capital Health Center at Fuld. Born in Trenton, NJ, Ms. Ward was a lifelong area esident. Ms. Ward, affectionately called Libby, was known for her sharp wit and sense of humor. She was a creative spirit who loved to cook, sew, quilt, read, thrift shop, and watch true crime series on TV. She was generous and compassionate and could always be counted on for sage advice. She devoted her professional life to serving women, teen mothers, and people with disabilities at Woman's Space, Inc. (retired), Union Industrial Home for Children, and The ARC of Mercer respectively. She was predeceased by her parents, Samuel John Ward, II and Thelma Ward; her grandparents, Jesse Reeves, Sr. and Carrie Swinson-Reeves; siblings, Samuel John Ward, III; Tenar Marie Ward, and Lizette Ward. Surviving are two daughters, Ayanna and Kalila; and a son , Aman "Buddy" Ward; brothers Joaozin Lilha and Larry Taylor (Irene); nieces Lauren Taylor and Takysha (Fuller) Williams; an aunt Mary Gilbert (John); numerous cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 11 am at Union Baptist Church, 301 Pennington Ave, Trenton, NJ. Interment will be in Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ. Calling hour will be Saturday from 10am to 11am at the church. Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
