From the first time we met at a local tech meetup, I knew that Angelo was a step above the typical recruiter, as well as his awesome team at IT Motives. This firm was more like an extended family than a business, and it was a shock to learn of this news. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who knew and loved him.

Angelo was my recruiter for years, and often checked in with me to see how things were going. He was always warm and enthusiastic and a good listener. He will very much be missed.

Angelo placed a couple of candidates at Biotronik and was a great person to work with. Was saddened to hear of his sudden passing.

I met Angelo through a programmer's group called PADNUG. He was very helpful in a job search I did a couple of years ago, advising me on how to structure the information in my resume so it would have the greatest impact on the people reading it. Angelo was always very kind and had a lot of empathy. I was saddened to hear that he passed away.
