Joanna Victoria Agudelo

Joanna Victoria Agudelo, age 23, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021. She was born July 24,1997, in Houston, Texas, to Diana Manzano Agudelo and Luis Fernando Agudelo. She grew up in Katy, Texas and was a 2016 graduate of Cinco Ranch High School. She declared an informal marriage to Devon Coy on May 26, 2020 in Fort Bend County, Texas. It was her long time dream to help others by becoming a nurse. Joanna received an Associates in Biological Sciences at Houston Community College. She worked as a overnight nursing assistant in the emergency room at Memorial Hermann Hospital Katy and was scheduled to start nursing school in the fall. Joanna was so excited to become a mom and recently learned that she was going to have a baby boy. Joanna will be terribly missed by all who knew her. Her smile and infectious spirit filled the room. You could always count on Joanna for a hug, lots of laughs and a crazy ER story. She loved to dance and spend time with her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her brother, Kevin. She is survived by her parents - Diana & Fernando, husband - Devon, father-in-law and mother-in-law - Devon & Nakia, brothers - Duvan, Christopher and Johnny, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law- Sara & Sam and Alyssa & Anthony, and many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her dearly. Family, friends, and others whose lives Joanna touched are invited on July 13, 2021 to Parkway Fellowship located at 27043 FM 1093 Rd, Richmond, TX 77406. The viewing will begin at 1:30PM with services starting at 2:00PM. A reception with light refreshments will be held at Bam Bam Banquet Hall located at 2703 Hwy 6 Ste. 150 Houston, TX 77082 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM.
