My dear sister Joyce,

I will miss you very much, especially our weekly phone calls. I will miss my fiend, confident and beautiful sister. I will always laugh remembering you yelling at Jimmy to hand you the phone when I called, because he would want to talk to. You were the strongest person I ever knew. It took courage for you to leave our family at the age of 18, while working three jobs. You achieved everything you ever wanted. You always stuck up for me and would fight anyone who messed with your sisters. Someday we will meet again and continue our journey on. Love you sister Lorraine

Aunt Joyce,

You will be missed! I always admired how independent you were. You were one of my greatest example's of a strong, determined woman. You had a heart of gold and your love for animals was always something we had in common. Visiting you and Uncle Jim was always a highlight in my life. I will always cherish the week I got to stay with you. You made me feel so important and special. I spent the week helping you feed all of the animals which included dogs, cats, baby quails, pheasants and of course Reggie the parrot . Shotzie and coco slept with me and you took me to the diner for lunch. Those memories will stay with me forever. Because of you I had a best friend named Derek for 14 years growing up. Thank you for inspiring me and for introducing me to unconditional love. To this day I prefer dogs to humans. With love, your niece Lisa
