I cannot tell you how sorry I am to hear this news. Joyce - I often think of how gracious you both were to my mother during her illness and to our family at the time of her passing. My mother thought the world of both of you. It was 13 years yesterday since she passed. My thoughts are with you at this time. I'm sure you have many wonderful memories to cherish.

As a former customer of Jack's, the one memory that stands out about him was that he was always a gentlemen. I believe the Jewish expression that sums it up is a "Mensch" I do hope I spelled that correctly. May the Lord Bless and keep him.........Charles S.

So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. He was a kind, generous man who always welcomed us into his Old Forge home with a smile. I have very fond memories of his taking us for a tour of the lake on his pontoon boat and my daughter Ariel celebrating her one month birthday! Mark Sank
