Of Washington, DC, passed away on July 2, 2002. Survived by his loving wife, Barbara Lee McElheny. Caring father of son, Sean Thomas McElheny of Los Angeles, CA and daughter, Meghan Riley McElheny of New York City, NY. He had a very close relationship with his brother, Larry King McElheny and his wife, Janet, of Haleiwa, HI, and their children, Blake and Ashley. He also had a very close relationship with his aunt, Elaine Riley Martin of Newport Beach, CA. Friends may call at JOSEPH GAWLER'S SONS, 5130 Wisconsin Ave., N.W. (at Harrison St.), Wednesday, July 10, from 6 to 9 p.m. Memorial services will be held Thursday, July 11, at 5 p.m. at the National Presbyterian Church, 4101 Nebraska Ave. N.W., in the main sanctuary. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Office of Donor Services, 1311 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains, NY 10605.
