BILLIE RAY HARRIS, 89 of Hamlin, WV, widower of Roberta Harris, Betty Harris, and Nellie Harris, died Aug. 28. There will be a memorial service at Stowers Cemetery, Sweetland, WV, at a later date. Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV, is in charge of arrangements.
