Sir Charles, died peacefully on 14th July 2010, aged 84. Survived by his wife Judy, and younger daughter Catherine. Funeral Friday 23rd July at 11.00am at St Paul's Church, Covent Garden. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to The Royal Society of Musicians of GB.
