Curtis Raymond Campbell Curtis R. Campbell, longtime Sacramento area resident, passed away in Encampment, Wyoming. Curt's ashes will be interred at Manzanita Cemetery at 10 a.m. on April 5, 2025. A memorial gathering will be held immediately afterward at the Women's Center of Lincoln.
