Jerry Onstot, 88, passed away on July 2, 2025, at Karen Acres care center in Urbandale. He will be buried at the Chapel Hill Gardens cemetery in Des Moines with Army Military Honors. Jerry was also a Mason. He is survived by his two sons, Frank & Eugene Smith.
