OELWEIN - Ralph Jipson, 101, of Oelwein passed away Monday July 28, 2014. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, at Zion Lutheran Church in Oelwein with the Rev. Leo Combs-Lay officiating. He will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery at Oelwein. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m....
