State police found him in a car. He was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital, where he was being treated for serious injuries, according to reports. Police have reportedly ruled out foul play. Farrow adopted Thaddeus, who had polio as a child and is paraplegic, from an orphanage in 1994 in Kolkata, India. Farrow adopted him after she split from the legendary director Woody Allen.
