Richard Koch Obituary

Richard Keith Koch was born June 15 1953 to Douglas and Lorna Koch in Mitchell South Dakota. Rich was the oldest of 8 children. He graduated from Howard high school in 1971. He married his wife Judy on December 28, 1974. They had 2 children Eric and Jessica. Rich loved his music and even played in a couple of bands. Rich was a tool maker by trade and was always looking for the next way to make a million. From real estate ventures to even having his own company that he did many handy man projects with. Rich was never one to sit still he was always busy building the next project or tinkering with something that needed to be fixed. Rich loved to sit out on the patio and watch the birds and take in the sun. He loved to make sure the flower pots and planters were full of bright beautiful flowers because Judy loved them.even after her passing. Richard passed peacefully on March 22, 2025. He is preceded in death by His parents and grandparents, and his wife Judy. He is survived by his children Eric and Jessica, his grandchildren Dacoda, Hunter, Ed, Lindan, and Layla, and his great grandchildren Coraline and Kingston. He is also survived by his siblings Mark, Cynthia, Constance, Cathy, Mike, Randy and Carrie. There will be a memorial service for Richard at 11 AM Saturday April 12, 2025, at Central Christian Church 22505 E Ocotillo Rd. Queen Creek, AZ 85142.
