Judy Hutchins Camel

A Private Memorial Service will be held in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery for Judy Carol Hutchins Camel, 85, who passed away unexpectedly on October 21, 2024. Mrs. Camel, a resident of Broussard, was the daughter of the late Jack Hutchins and the former Maudie Holly Carter. Judy was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and will be dearly missed by all. She is survived by her daughter, Dana Camel LeMaire; son, Jack Camel (Gloria); grandchildren, Keely LeMaire Aguayo (Chris), Kyla LeMaire Bishop (Chris), Jackson Tyler Camel, Nicole LeMaire (Mitch); great-grandchildren, Sullivan Aguayo, Anderson Aguayo, Miller Aguayo, Wilder Aguayo, Judy Aguayo, and Ruby Bishop; sister, Sylvia H. Hudson; and brothers, Jerry Hutchins (Kathy) and David Hutchins. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Jimmie J. Camel; parents, Jack and Maudie Hutchins; son-in-law, Alvin J. LeMaire, Jr.; sister-in-law, Marilla Camel LaFleur; brothers-in-law, Harry LaFleur and Merle Hudson.
