Jean Ann Daiker

October 30, 1946 to March 26, 2026

To all family, friends and anyone who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her. Our sweet sweet Aunt Jeanie went to be with the Lord on March 26, 2026.

As an amazing woman, she lived quite an amazing life. She was a devoted teacher to young minds, and a traveler of the globe, it was a shorter list of the countries she missed versus the ones she visited. Such a sweet soul, always willing to help and teach, she made history come alive as if it was happening right next to you. She loved all her Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana family.

She always said, "if you don't think your worth it, who will?"

You will be dearly missed Aunt Jeanie, we thank you for your guidance, wisdom, and butt whippings, we love you dearly and can't wait to see you again in heaven. We count ourselves blessed to have experienced such a great love for as long as we have been alive, most people aren't so fortunate.

We mourn, we grieve and we go on living but never forgetting, taking the lessons you have taught us and turning them into steppingstones. Knowing …. grief is only love that has nowhere to go.

But we go on peacefully knowing that you are no longer in pain, you are with Christ and we will see you again. It is far greater to lose on earth and gain in Heaven, we will deal with the pain of loss, but we rejoice knowing you are in a greater place and surrounded by a peace that passes all understanding.

Until we see each other again -With all our love and gratitude-

Your nephews,

Daniel Baldridge and Benjamin Baldridge

She is preceded in life by her father Willard J. Daiker and her mother Dora York Daiker of Oklahoma City, Ok.

Surviving family includes her sister Mary Daiker Baldridge - husband John Baldridge of Pierre, SD; her Big Nephew - Daniel Baldridge of Opelousas, La; her Little Nephew- Phillip (Benji) Baldridge - wife Katie Vidrine Baldridge of Opelousas, La and her Great Nephews - Jackson and Walker Baldridge of Opelousas, La.
