We are extremely saddened by Jays early passing. I remember Jay when he
Lived on Arlene Dr in Anch. AK. He played with my sons Jim & Joe Powers down the street . Jay was such a sweet boy. Our prayers are with Jays entire family. My husband Frank Powers would take the neighborhood boys snow boarding and swimming at the Alaska Club. They had a ball. Jay touched us all in a very kind, sweet way.
