Louis Kost Obituary
Louis was born on February 9, 1933 in Nome, Alaska. He served in the Army from December 1953 to December 1955. He worked for Bering Air, Alaska Airlines and then Northern Air Cargo until he retired.
Louis loved woodworking, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his grandson William Kost of Eagle River; granddaughter Charlotte Kost of Anchorage; grandson Douglas Lane of Anchorage; grandson Charles Lane lll of Anchorage; grandson Vernon Lane of Anchorage; grandson Michael Kost of Anchorage; grandson Nicholas Kost of Anchorage and grandson Trevor Kost of Anchorage.
He is preceded in death by his son Gerald Kost; Daughter Theresa Kost and numerous sibilings.
A service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 17, 2018 at Central Lutheran Church, 1420 Cordova Street Anchorage, AK 99501.
Louis was a smart, funny, social man who loved being outdoors and always enjoyed visiting friends and family. He will be greatly missed.
