So nice receiving the 10 year memory of Pam! We shared many experiences together in both Alaska and Idaho, as well as many cups of coffee. I think of her often and miss my dear friend. I am only comforted by knowing that she is with our mutual friend, Jesus, and continuing his mission. to the entire Flake family who Pam spoke of so sweetly.

Much love to the entire Flake family as you continue to share treasured memories of Pam. I was very touched by the beautiful "Celebration of Life" as each one of you paid tribute to the many ways she touched all of us. It was the most meaningful, blessed, and personal event of that kind that I have ever attended. I did sense Pam was there in spirit and smiling through the tears and humor with the gathering of very special people spanning many generations. God did not leave us without comfort in sad times. I will add that to the other beautiful experiences shared with Pam who is forever young in my mind and completely surrounded and loved by both her heavenly Savior and her
terrific family. Thank-you Pam for sitting with me on the bus when I was new to the neighborhood and thank-you to all her family for sharing food, photos, flowers, music, and heartfelt stories and Scripture at her Celebration of Life.

To the family of Pam Flake. We knew her from good old Lib.House in the 70's. She was a kind and gentle person who was refreshing to be around. She had an easy smile and inner sturdiness and joy...yet she strove for her purpose. She was a person of encouragement.
She is at rest, in fulness of joy.
Peace to her family.

My heart dropped when I heard of Pam's passing. Since high school, Pam had visited me in Boise and Anchorage. Each visit left me feeling humbled by her genuine kindness and limitless
compassion for those who face a lifetime of difficulty. I will always remember the strength she found in her love of Christ. She did, by all means of measure, lead a purposeful life, one that many along the way will reflect back upon and in their hearts recall the difference she had made. What a beautiful legacy. All the best to each of you.

Pamela was a sweet, loving free spirit. She took the time for people. On her many travels, she visited my Mom, my brother, and us. She just felt it was important. And her heart was open to all adventures that came her way. How many people do you know that owned an apartment in Paris, a ranch in Wyoming, drove a travel trailer to Alaska by themselves, and taught in the bush in Alaska? I am fortunate to have had such a kind and interesting cousin, and I grieve with all of you. The world will miss you, Pamela.

I just moved back to Idaho and had not phoned Pam to give her my new number. She has been a trusted friend in the Lord ever since our teaching together in bush Alaska. Since I've been without a computer or phone till now, I just heard of her passing from a fellow Alaskan friend. I know for sure that she is in heaven, but will miss her sweet, sweet spirit. I hope to contact her mother whom I've heard about over the years. I will miss her greatly.
