We were so saddened to learn about Stuart's passing. We are living in a retirement community called Heron Point, in Chestertown, and have been here for seven months. We were not aware that Stuart was ill, and are sorry that we did not get to see him again before he died. Stuart was just a wonderful person and Jim admired him greatly. Our deepest condolences to Ruth and the rest of his family.

Dr.Scott was my favorite Principle at the Ocean City Elementary School. He always had a smile on his face and loved his students. I was also saved by the famous "paddle", that a lot of the students were scared to get! Dr. Scott was respected and loved. My condolences to his wife and family.

I have fond memories of working with Dr. Scott when he was the principle at Ocean City Elementary School. The children absolutely loved him for his encouraging words, smiles and quick hugs. Many children, my youngest son included, cried when they heard he was leaving. You were - and always will be sorely missed. My condolences to the family.
