Anthony Wade Provost October 27, 1974 - July 4, 2025 Anthony Wade Provost, age 50, of Bogalusa, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025. Born on October 27, 1974, in Bogalusa, Anthony lived a life full of energy, humor, and deep love for his family. His greatest joy was being a father to his children and a grandfather to his growing family. Anthony is survived by his loving mother, Linda Provost; his children Kelsey Provost, Kassidy Scott (Chandler Scott), and Jacob Provost; and his cherished grandchildren Dax, Roman, Camille, and Hudson. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Provost Jr. and his siblings Samantha Provost, Kerry Collins, and Joseph Provost III. A true enthusiast of all things fast and loud, Anthony had a passion for street bikes, dirt bikes, racing, and working on vehicles. He loved trucks, bargaining, buying, selling, and trading - always on the hunt for a good deal and a great story. If something was broken, he was sure going to try to fix it. Whether it got fixed or not - that was the question. Anthony had a fighter's spirit, a mechanic's hands, and a comedian's heart. He was known for his ability to make people laugh, lift their spirits, and make sure everyone around him had a good time. His legacy lives on in the laughter he sparked, the adventures he chased, and the deep love he gave to those closest to him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. "Live fast, love hard, leave a story worth telling." Funeral Services will be held at New Life United Pentecostal Church, 1600 Jefferson Street, Bogalusa, LA 70427, on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Wesley Quave officiating. Interment to follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Angie, LA. Visitation will be at the church Monday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and again on Tuesday morning from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 3:00 P.M.
