AGE: 94 • Toms River
Evelyn Silkowitz, age 94, of Toms River, passed away Friday April 4 2014 of natural causes. Evelyn was born in Brest, France and immigrated to America as an infant. It wasn't until adulthood she realized she loved Beaujolais wine. She was pre-deceased by her first husband, George Holford, in 1968 and by her second, Henry Silkowitz, in 2012. She was also predeceased by Her son- in- law George Hahne and two grandsons She is survived by 5 children Lois Keenan (John) Janet Hahne , Susan Rich(David) Michael Silkowitz ( Barbara Blake) Margy Gosnell (Tom) , Also by 12 Grandchildren and 16 great Grandchildren, all who will miss her in their lives. Viewing will be Monday April 7, 2014 at Anderson and Campbell Funeral 3010 Ridgeway Road Manchester, NJ 08759. From 12:00 PM until 4 PM. Cremation will be private.
