AS I WAS GROWING UP I REMEMBER FRANK IN HIS UNIFORM...HE WAS A HARD WORKER AND DEFINITELY WAS PROUD TO BE A POLICE OFFICER. HIS MUSIC FOR JAZZ OR JUST AN INSTRUMENTAL OF A LITTLE SALSA WHILE HE WAS "AT PLAY" IN HIS WORKSHOP "FIXING THINGS"(LAUGH). DURING HIS FREE TIME HE SURELY ENJOYED GARDENING MAKING SURE HE MADE HIS COMPOST PILE(SMILE) MOWING THE LAWN ON HIS TRACTOR WITH A CIGAR. EVERY TIME ANYONE WOULD GO BY AND FRANK WAS OUTSIDE HE WOULD ALWAYS BE FRIENDLY AND ASK HOW YOU WERE DOING AND SPARK UP A LITTLE CONVERSATION(SMILE). THOSE ARE A FEW OF MANY MEMORIES THAT I HAVE ABOUT FRANK. I'M SAD TO HAVE TO SAY THAT WE HAVE LOST AN OLD FRIEND BUT KNOW THAT HES IN HEAVEN AND OUR HEAVENLY FATHER HAS GAINED AN ANGEL. MY CONDOLENCES AND PRAYERS TO THE LITTLE FAMILY.
