Being Franks neighbor in Danbury for many years, I was extremely saddened to hear of Franks passing. Not only was he a great neighbor but I always looked the conversations and his whit wether it be about our cars, our gardens or just the weather. Frank and I used to play basketball at Taft elementary school and enjoyed each others company, people said He and I look a little a like. Rest in peace Frank. may the family be assured that you are in God's hands and the celebration is about to begin, we will miss your physical present, but your spirit is souring with the eagles, God bless the family.

I am sadened to hear of Frank's passing. I was fortunate to have worked with Frank on the Police Department. He was a true gentleman and a dedicated police officer. Frank had a calming effect on everyone and was a gentle soul.

I've worked with Frank for many years and always enjoyed are conversations. Since his retirement I would also enjoy running into him as he stopped off at HQTS on his visits into town. Prayers are with you at this time.

My sincere condolences to all of you. I worked with Frank for over 20 yrs and he was a true gentleman and friend and a pleasure to be around. Always had a smile on his face and made everyone around laugh. I always told him that he would always be "the best dressed cop in Stamford". RIP my friend and God Bless.

AS I WAS GROWING UP I REMEMBER FRANK IN HIS UNIFORM...HE WAS A HARD WORKER AND DEFINITELY WAS PROUD TO BE A POLICE OFFICER. HIS MUSIC FOR JAZZ OR JUST AN INSTRUMENTAL OF A LITTLE SALSA WHILE HE WAS "AT PLAY" IN HIS WORKSHOP "FIXING THINGS"(LAUGH). DURING HIS FREE TIME HE SURELY ENJOYED GARDENING MAKING SURE HE MADE HIS COMPOST PILE(SMILE) MOWING THE LAWN ON HIS TRACTOR WITH A CIGAR. EVERY TIME ANYONE WOULD GO BY AND FRANK WAS OUTSIDE HE WOULD ALWAYS BE FRIENDLY AND ASK HOW YOU WERE DOING AND SPARK UP A LITTLE CONVERSATION(SMILE). THOSE ARE A FEW OF MANY MEMORIES THAT I HAVE ABOUT FRANK. I'M SAD TO HAVE TO SAY THAT WE HAVE LOST AN OLD FRIEND BUT KNOW THAT HES IN HEAVEN AND OUR HEAVENLY FATHER HAS GAINED AN ANGEL.
