AGE: 87 • Holmdel

Helen L. Landi, 87 of Holmdel died on Friday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank.

Mrs. Landi was born and raised on Staten Island and lived there for many years, before moving to Pennsylvania, eventually settling in Holmdel. She enjoyed bingo and loved to bake many different treats for her true loves, her family. Her family is grateful for the care she was given at Bayside Manor and at Riverview Medical Center.

She was pre-deceased by her husband Romeo, in 1997 and her sister, Ruth DeCristofaro.

Surviving is her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and William Edwards, Holmdel; two sisters, Marie Pontiero and Dorothy Downes; two grandchildren, Christopher and his wife Megan and Brian and his wife Marisa Edwards and five great grandchildren, Madelyn, Olivia, Alexander, Harrison and Sienna Rae.

Visitation Monday, Sept 14th, 4 to 8 pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, September 15th, 9:15 am, at the Church of St. Catharine, 108 Middletown Road, Holmdel. Interment will follow at St. Anne's Cemetery, Wall Twp. Donations may be made in Mrs. Landi's memory to Riverview Medical Center Foundation, 1 Riverview Plaza, Red Bank, NJ 07701. For messages of condolence please visit www.holmdelfuneralhome.com
