John Wright Obituary
Titusville - John Bills Wright, 86 of Titusville passed away January 12, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Orange, NJ and a graduate of Pierce Business College, PA. He was the founder of John B Wright Agency with his beautiful wife in 1961 in Manasquan, NJ.
John was proud of his military service in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He instilled a deep sense of service to community, having served as Past Chief of Hamilton Fire Company and Past Captain of Hamilton First Aid Squad (Neptune, NJ).
John was a member of the Ocean Masonic Lodge #89 in Spring Lake Heights, NJ, Past Commodore of Crescent Temple Yacht Club in Trenton, NJ, Past Director Royal Order of Jesters Crescent Court #64, Past President of Pt. Pleasant Lions Club, member BPOE in Summit, NJ, Board of Trustees Monmouth County Independent Insurance Agents Association, Past Officer and Board member of Manasquan River Golf Club, Brilelle, NJ.
John is the Loving Husband to Beverly Ann Woodward (nee), father of Lorene Kathryn Wright-Brikowski (Vernon), Gregory Stover Wright (Bonnie), grandfather to John Bills Wright, II (Alaire) and Diana Lynn, uncle to Susan, Timothy, Walter Lasher. He was predeceased in death by his parents John Sylvester Wright and Kathryn Francis Stover (nee), sister Elizabeth Pynes.
John loved life, family and friends. An explorer at heart he and Bev traveled the country settling in Titusville, FL at "The Great Outdoors" from their beloved Jersey Shore.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11 am Wednesday January 16, 2019 at North Brevard Funeral Home. A Memorial service on Wednesday January 23 2019 at 1:12 pm at Manasquan River Golf Club, 843 Riverview Dr, Brielle, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made in John's name to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 North Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607. Dear Bev, Laurie, Greg
So sorry to learn of the passing of John. Very sorry for your loss of a special man. John was a wonderful mentor, friend, employer, people manager, owner, partner, and role model. I have never thought of John through all the years that did not include a smile with and because of him. Among my happy memories include John stopping by at her home on Ramshorn Drive on his scooter all in red, Mr. Mirth, the picture of joy. 86 years and his best work and legacy is his marriage and family. Peace.
