AGE: 83 • Edison

Raymond J. Ritter, 83, of Edison, died on Monday, March 10, 2014 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Raymond was born in Newark in 1930. He was a Korean War Veteran and worked as a machinist for Webcraft in North Brunswick for over 15 years. He was a communicant of St. Matthew's RC Church in Edison.

He is predeceased by his wife, Alice in 2004. He is survived by his four children, Kathleen Kelly of Piscataway, Raymond of Boxborough, MA, Susan Ritter of Venice, FL and Laura Engelhardt of East Brunswick; and 10 grandchildren.

The funeral will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 8:45 am from the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Avenue, Metuchen followed by a 9:30 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Matthews RC Church, Edison. Interment will be in Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home at Menlo Park, Recreation Department, c/o Christine A.
