MRS. TIFFANY JANE MAYES Wilson Funeral Services for Mrs. Tiffany Jane Mayes, 49, of Ardmore, OK, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 10, 2023 at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Mary Keith officiating. A visitation is scheduled from 1:00 P.M. 2:00 P.M. the day of the service. Tiffany peacefully passed away November 7, 2023, holding the hands of her loved ones as she took her final breath. Tiffany's unexpected death has only been made easier knowing that her Lord was with her each day of her valiant fight. Tiffany, born to James and Susan Mayes on October 8, 1974, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Tiffany attended Ardmore High School and received her Associates in Childcare from Murray State College. Tiffany pursued numerous career opportunities but always excelled at serving others. Tiffany was a quiet sort and somewhat of a homebody. The most important thing that Tiffany will be remembered for is her compassionate heart, a soul that was full of deep emotions, and loved fiercely until the end. Family came first and was above all else to Tiffany, the hole left by her absence is impossible to fill. She is survived by daughters Shae-Lyn Easterwood and Gabrielle Mayes. The absolute light of her life, her granddaughter Olivia "Lulu" Easterwood. She also leaves behind her mother Susan Mayes, sisters Carrie, Regina, Jakayla, and Demetria Mayes, Son-in-Law Clinton Easterwood, brothers Jason Potter, Joshua Palmer, Chris Bice and their wives. She also left many other loving family members, including nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and many cousins. Proceeding her in death and awaiting a joyous reunion in Heaven is her Mema Marjorie Patterson, her father Jimmy, and her first grandchild Harper. Now that Tiffany has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Tiffany's physical life on Earth, it's the beginning of an eternal and beautiful journey for her.
