Family-Placed Death Notice
DR. JASPER LEONARD SESSION The Celebration of Life Services for Dr. Jasper Leonard Session, Jr., age 65, will be held on Friday, March 30, 2007 at 1:00 PM at Ben Hill United Methodist Church, 2099 Fairburn Rd. SW. The remains will lie instate at 11:00 AM until the hour of service. Rev. Richard Winn, Senior Pastor, officiating. Rev. Howard Price, Senior Pastor of Smyrna Word of Life Baptist Church, Eulogist. Interment Lincoln Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 12 Noon on the day of service. He is survived by a loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Cynthia Aaron Session; children, Jasper Leonard Session, III, Ms. Cathy Y. Session and Ms. Cheryl M. Session; sister Ms. Darleen Gobin; nieces, nephews, other relatives, dental patients and devoted friends. Viewing today 9 AM-9 PM at Murray Brothers Cascade Chapel, 1199 Utoy Springs Rd. To the Family of Dr. Session, our deepest sympathy is with you at your time of sorrow. May God continue to Bless and keep you near in your time of need. Dr. Session was a wonderful Husband, Father, Dentist, Friend and Humanitarian that will never be forgotten. He will always be remembered by all those he came in contact with. He was humorous (sometimes), he enjoyed life and people. Dr. Session was a proud Dentist that took pride in his work. We know when he left you, he left a void in your lives, but he left us with warm memories. May God Bless you all, we love you.

Cynitha I've always admired you and Dr. Session. The two of you have been role models from how to have a great marriage to leading children in the right direction. I have one of many fond memories of Dr, Session.
Gina now 35 years old. At the sweet age of two years old. Our neighbor
picked her up an accidently dropped her causing her two front teeth to just hang. Dr. Session's office was closed. I called him at home and he agreed to meet Gina and I at his office he wanted to just pull the teeth out! I wanted him to save them, he said,"close your mouth her teeth will come back, yours will have to be delivered from the lab and that's a big difference". Be strong he is with the Lord Now!!

I can't not express my deepest sympaty enough.Everyday i talk about how much i learned working with "Doc" how i would not be the assistant that i am now if it wasn't for him and "Dee". I am so sorry.My love goes out to the whole family.

Dr.Session you will truly be missed!! Thank you for being such a good friend and a dentist that was truly concerned with his patients. You were someone that me and my family could always count and call on. May god strengten your wife and family doing there time of sorrow.

Doc was a wonderful person and the best dentist ever. His wit and calming chairside manner, made him the great dentist that he was and I am glad my family and I had a chance to know him for more than ten years. He will truly be missed. To the Session family, approximately 35 years ago, I was sent to Dr. Session because he had one thing that my primary dentist didn’t have, gas. As a young man afraid of the dentist, especially the needle, Dr. Session with his calm demeanor and humor, calmed me and made me look forward to coming to his office. Although I no longer reside in Atlanta, every time that I visit and happen to be traveling down Campbellton Road, I always glance over at the office building where his office was. Remember the man as I will. May God bless you all, as I will keep you in my prayers.

Wow this is amazing. Here I am placing an entry in my mother's guestboook and I see this name, "Jasper Session". I say to myself, that's the name of my dentist. Then I see next to his name, dentist. So I click the article and here's a photo of the man who does my dental work. Life is truly amazing. And the funny thing about this whole ordeal is I was going to schedule an appointment next week for a toothache, for a cleaning. Man this is a shock. To the family of Dr. Session, may God be with you through your time of grief. You all have my deepest sympathy.
