JACKSON, Wade, Jr. Mr. Wade Hampton Jackson, Jr., age 38, of Roswell, Georgia died March 4, 2009. Surviving are Wife, Kristi Hackett Jackson, Son, Robert Jackson both of Roswell, Parents, Charlsa and Wade Jackson, Sr. of Winder, Brother, Ben Jackson of Jefferson. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 P. M., Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive friends, Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 5-8 P.M. at Carter Funeral Home, 265 Highway 211, N. W., Winder, Georgia. Flowers are accepted or Memorials may be made to Eagle Ranch, P. O. Box 7200, Chestnut Mountain, Georgia 30502, or The American Cancer Society, 1684 Barnett Shoals Road, Athens, Georgia 30605.

I worked with Wade at IBM when I first moved to Atlanta. He was a very generous and thoughtful person. My prayers are with his wife, son, parents, and brother during such a difficult time. One day you will all see each again.

Our shock, grief and sorrow over Wade's passing cannot be expressed in words. We will miss him tremendously.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. I will remember Wade as the one guy who always could make you laugh no matter what was going on. He could make you laugh til you cried and be so understanding and thoughtful when it was called for. My prayers go out to all of you.
