AUBURN - Jottie Ruperto, 41, of Auburn, NY, passed away on January 3, 2024. She was born on April 5, 1982, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.
Jottie, also known as Yaritza I. Ruperto, was a kind and generous person who will be remembered for her big heart and willingness to help others. Her greatest achievement in life was her three beautiful children: Emjay Gatewood, Sanjay Ruperto, and Lundyn Sanchez, whom she loved deeply. Jottie's memory will forever remain in their hearts.
Jottie was a Licensed Practical Nurse, dedicating her career to caring for others. She made a positive impact on the lives of her patients, providing compassionate and professional care.
Jottie is survived by her children: Emjay, 16 yrs. old, Sanjay, 10 yrs. old and Lundyn 5 yrs. old; her mother, Pebbles Brown of Auburn; her father, Edwin Ruperto of Puerto Rico; her brothers: Justin Michael Tillman of Auburn and Edwin Gabriel Ruperto of Puerto Rico; a special niece, Aleia Champagne; and a nephew, Dominick Colvin; as well as many special aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Doris Brown and Santos Martinez of Auburn, and Bernarda Martinez and Tano Ruperto of Puerto Rico.
As per the family's request, there will be no memorial services scheduled for Jottie.
The Brew Funeral Home in Auburn, NY, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Jottie Ruperto will be deeply missed by her loved ones and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will forever be cherished.
