Jerusha Burke "Jerry" Cloud

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Jerusha "Jerry" Burke Cloud, 83, entered into rest on Wednesday April 22, 2009 at The Place at Martinez. Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 2:00 PM with Dr. Dane Wagner officiating. Jerry was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church. She worked for thirty plus years at Georgia Carolina Warehouse and Compress Company. Jerry will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother. Mrs. Cloud is survived by her two sons, Ray Cloud and wife Sheryl of Augusta and Tom Cloud and wife Vera of Hilton Head Island, SC; her daughter, Libby Still Correll and husband Roger of Bremerton, WA; her sister Mildred "Milly" Burke Faulkner of Martinez; her six grandchildren; and her two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Cloud was preceded in death by her beloved husband Joseph B. Cloud; her mother, Mrs. Ellie Burke; and her sister, Dorothy "Dot" Burke. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1899 Central Avenue, Augusta, GA 30904.
