I met Gladys at Legacy Commons Palmdale, preparing for a 4th of July celebration fashion show. You know how you never notice someone until after an introduction, then you see them all the time where you met. That's how it was for me, with Gladys. She was part of the fabric of 'the senior center', involved in everything. And she dressed to emphasize and support whatever was going-on. We did many performance shows together, and she loved to 'show off'. She'd laugh when I reminded her that she is Gladys Moore, NOT Gladys Knight. I think of her and remember her enthusiasm for life, and willingness to help others live active senior lives. I miss you 'Glad'.

She was always a pleasure to work with at Walmart in Paso Robles CA. She had a unique laugh.
