Hey Tom Sr., I've been thinking about you a lot lately. I guess because Turkey Day is coming around and I would be talking to you trying to get you to come up and spend Turkey Day with us. You know how much it drove me crazy that you would tell me you ate a frozen tv dinner. I know you got a kick out of that and I know that Teresa always brought you a plate. Just thinking of you and miss you bunches. You would be happy to know that Tom and I remodeled pretty much the whole house. I know you would like it especially the windows! No more drafts. We miss you and love you. Tell my Mom and Daddy I love them - and your all in our hearts.

Love you always

Lately, I've been remembering how much you loved being a brother. I mean a BIG brother. You have always been so proud of your brothers, and their children. You would be happy to know that Magaret had a little girl so know your an uncle again.

Bonnie has gotten married. It was a quick thing, not as quick as mine, tho. She did have a week to plan it. A small civil ceremony, I guess somewhat like Magaret & Jamie's. Anyway, I thought you would like to know. I do miss you so much, and especially as it gets closer to June and our birhtdays.

It's almost the "New Year", and it's the first time I have to start one without you. I miss you so much!! John & I moved into our NEW house at the end of June, and I know you would love it. We've got a cotton field pretty much next to us, and we finally have enough room for "all that stuff", just not enough shelves. I just wanted to tell you Happy New Year!! I love and miss you so very much Daddy!!

Your birthday was three days ago, and now it's my birthday. I really HATE not celebrating our birthdays together!! This is the first time in 20 years that I won't have you here to share "OUR DAYS" and I don't know what to do. I was going to go to Red Lobster for lunch today, but I didn't call Susan, and I don't think that anyone else would truly understand the meaning of my eating there - especially since I can't eat seafood. I really miss you!! I miss your sense of humor, your compassion and especially your patience!!! Thank you for being MY DADDY!!
