Billy R. McAdams

Billy R. McAdams CWO, US Army, Ret., passed away after a short illness on November 23, 2006. He was born on October 22, 1941 in Mangum, OK. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; one sister, Jo Dell Vaughn; his daughter, Constance; his sons, Ray, Don, and H.R.; and twelve grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, H.R. and Velma McAdams and his son Douglas. Bill retired from the army after 20 yrs of service. He continued federal service for an additional 23 years, finally retiring to Scottsdale, AZ in 2003. He enjoyed golfing and loved watching his grandchildren play, grow, and compete. He was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. A graveside service will be held at 10AM, Monday, December 4, 2006 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 480-991-5800.
