Carl Frederick Brim

Carl Frederick Brim, 87, a prominent Arizona business man, passed away July 21, 2004 in Glendale. He was born on July 8, 1917 in Sapulpa, OK. Carl was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Ora. He is survived by his son Ted Brim; daughter Cindy Petkovich; daughter-in-law Ann; son-in-law Chuck; grandchildren Juli Witt, Shannon Simmons, Robert Brim, John Petkovich, GIynette Price and their spouses; and 16 great grandchildren. He was a member of Southwest Church of Christ. Carl and his family moved to Stanfield, AZ in 1950 where he owned a large cotton farm. In 1956 Carl moved his family to the Phoenix area where he engaged in the real estate investment and development business for many years. He taught his family the meaning of hard work, determination, and loyalty. Funeral services will be held on Fri. July 23, 2004 at 10:00 AM at the Southwest Church of Christ, 8720 W. Indian School Rd. with one hour of viewing prior to the service. Burial services will follow at Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements made by Heritage Funeral Chapel, Peoria.
