Charles Paul Padgett Jr.

Charles Paul Padgett Jr. of Mesa, AZ, passed away Monday November 19, 2007. Paul; as he was called, was 67 years old. Paul grew up in Pennsylvania and was married to Kathleen Kelly of New Jersey. He graduated from Penn State University and went on to George Washington Law School in Washington, D. C. He was a practicing Patent Attorney I Michigan and here in AZ before retiring. He is survived by his loving family; his wife Kathleen; sons, Charles Paul III, James Paul and David Paul and daughter Kimberly Dawn. He is also survived by two brothers; Preston of NJ, Richard of CA and two sisters; Kathleen of NY and Elaine of AZ. He has 8 grandchildren, 5 grandsons and 3 granddaughters. Arrangement were handled by Mtn. View Mortuary Chapel, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ.
