David Smith Obituary
76, of Phoenix, was called home on November 10, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Zoe Ann, sons Michael (Cindy), Christopher and grandchildren Adam and Cassidy. David was an amazing husband, father and grandfather and he will be deeply missed. A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., in Phoenix.
