Doris Mann Obituary

Mann, Doris E.
Age 97, of Prescott was called home to heaven on Dec. 5, 2010. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dr. M L Mann. Both she and Dr. Mann are well known for their work and establishment of the Arizona Nazarene Church District dating back to 1940 where he served as District Superintendent for over 30 years. Doris is survived by their three children, Karl Mann (Faye), Ruth Lindsey (Don) and Naomi Cliff (Bob), 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren, all of whom reside in Arizona. She died peacefully at the Marley House Hospice in Prescott after a very short illness. Doris was born in Lansing, Michigan to Ethel and Carl Whitmore. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Patsy and Sam Spagnulo of Michigan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Louise Maier, of St. Louis, Missouri. Visitation on Thursday, December 9th at 10:00 A.M. with services following at 11:00 A.M. First Church of the Nazarene, 2110 Willow Creek Rd., Prescott, AZ.
