Frances Clingerman Obituary

Frances Faye Clingerman, passed away on September 2, 2006. In the
early morning hours of September 2, 2006, Frances Faye Clingerman breathed a long sigh of relief and drifted away to heaven. After a prolonged painful bout with cancer, our gracious Lord decided to replace her frail tiny body with a spiritual, never ending one, and return her sweet enduring smile with one that will never fade away. Faye was born July 8, 1927 in Brownwood, Texas to Leonard James and Millie Omie Sikes. She met and married Donald Clingerman in Brownwood on May 17, 1947, and they re-located to Phoenix, Arizona in 1948, where they made their permanent home. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband, and infant grandson Donald. She is survived by her two daughters, Donna Faye Roberts and husband James of San Antonio, Texas, Jamie Raye Clingerman of Phoenix, Az., one son David Ray Clingerman of Heber, Az., grandson Brian James Roberts and wife Heather of San Antonio, Texas. One brother Raymond F. Sikes and wife Bess of Glendale, Az. One niece, two nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 7, 2006 from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 West Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, with funeral services at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th of September at the same location.
