Hook, Gary Lee
58, born November 28, 1955 of Buckeye, AZ passed away on May 7, 2014. Gary was needed in heaven to watch over those that he loved. Gary was born in Phoenix, AZ and grew up in a family of true outdoor enthusiasts, and continued that passion throughout his life. Whatever season it may be, he was all in. Whether it be hunting, fishing, camping or even four wheeling you always knew that is where he wanted to be. Gary is preceded by his father Kyle Hook and stepmother Norma Hook. He leaves behind his wife of over 30 years Kim, and their children Nicole Kelsheimer. and Travis Hook, as well as his 3 grandsons Kyle, Evan and Travis Jr. who held a very special place in his heart and his adoration. He also leaves behind his mother Joann Maddux, bothers Marvin, Michael, Rick, Kenny and Randy and sister Robin Overson. A celebration of life will be held on May 16th 2014 at 6 O'clock PM at the American Legion 35 N. Dysart Rd Avondale, AZ 85323 (623) 932-4960

Gary you will be forever in my heart, I wish my son could have known you better. But I promise you I will always tell him stories of you and show him your pictures so he grows up knowing who his Papa was. Rest in peace Gary, we sure miss you around here.
