We will always remember George first as our friend, and as our favorite Choir Director. When he conducted the choir at St. Bernard of Clairvaux, we practiced at our home.
George and Audrey were the perfect couple and it was a blessing to socialize with them over the years. We have many found memories and recall many enjoyable social occasions with them.
George has left this world a better place.

Merry and I were so fortunate to have met such a wonderful couple when we met George and Audrey. We met them on a cruise to Norway, St. Petersburg, etc., What a delight they were, and to be seated at the table with them for the whole trip. George was so very sweet and kind, and Audrey made us all laugh. What a wonderful couple they made. We have never forgotten the great times we had together. We were so very lucky to have met George, and wish Audrey and her family God's Speed, and know that George is up there watching over 'all' of our trips from now on. Love to you Audrey, and to your wonderful family.

We met George & Audrey through our Arizona connection and the St. Clements Laudate choir. George was just a sweet, quiet, gentle person whose love for his music and the arts came through in his dealings with others. He and Audrey were wonderful hosts in their home, and it distresses us very much that we were in Michigan when he passed away. We will miss him when we return to Arizona.

George was my Uncle through marriage to my Aunt Audrey but from the moment we met, he was so kind, so loving and wonderful, he quickly became one of my dearest friends, confident and the sweetest Uncle anyone could ever have. My husband Mark and I both looked to him for help and guidence many times over the years and he never failed us. We all know that in this life there are living Saints that walk this earth making it a much better place to live. I know without a doubt that George was one of those rare people that made everyone who ever met him, remember him with only Love and Kindness and felt privilaged to have known him. I feel so very fortunate to have known and been loved by him. I also know that it won't be long and we will all be together again in a much happier place than this vail of tears. There are no words to express our sorrow of losing him, but know that he now has a Very High place in Heaven where all of us hope and pray that we also may be one day.
With loving thoughts of you Uncle George, your niece Lynne Casper Keltner and hubby Mark.

George had plenty to be very proud of, a life spent helping students and friends. He is with the Lord in heaven with all cherished loved ones.

My dad was George Bieber - he was a person I truly admired for everything he did in life. His kindness, gentleness, wisdom and humor were just a few of the wonderful qualities he possessed. We had a lifetime of fun and love and I miss him greatly. It helps ease my heart knowing he is with God and more than likely still doing good works for others - just now as an angel! With loving memories, his daughter, Kristine

I am one of the lucky people to have known George and Audrey. I sing with them in the choir here in Sun City. I have had many great memories with these two talented people. We will miss George as he was a great asset to our choir.

George was the principal at Bremen High School in Midlothian, IL and I was a newly appointed District Math Department Supervisor. His wit and intelligence are two qualities which I very much remember. He had a firm grasp of what was going on in his building and he always wanted what was best for kids. He was part of an older (and I believe better) time for education. George's journey in life has ended but his spirit will live on.

FOR MY LOVING HUSBAND GEORGE;
One day when I can reminisce
I'll say "There wasn't much we missed."
And through the tears I'll smile and recall
For just a moment in life, we had it all.

George was my very first piano teacher when I started taking lessons at age 5 in St. Anne, Illinois. I can't begin to express the impact he made on my life at such an early age, I went on to carve out a career in music myself. I took lessons from George for a couple of years and then he and Audrey married and moved away. I'll never forget how gracious and kind George was to me, nor will I ever forget the things he taught me. Not only did I become a good musician with a passion for the piano because of George Bieber, but because of his early influence, I think I became a better person as well. He was truly a blessing from God to many.

I recently wrote a brief biography for the 40th reunion of Mundelein High School graduation. I mentioned that music has been a great love since the days of piano lessons and Band with Mr. Bieber. He was a great positive influence in so many lives.
Love to his family.

I have known George for over 50 years, and Audrey almost as long, and a happier person and couple would be hard to find. They always brightened the life of all they met.
